Initial Consultation

We can consult over the phone or in person, however it is most convenient for you.

Your initial consultation will be with an actual Attorney and can take as little as a few minutes or as long as two hours.

Your initial consultation will be CONFIDENTIAL, whether you decide to hire us or not.

 

After your initial consultation:

We will take some time to review the law and the facts of your case.

If we decide to take the case, we may offer to represent you on a contingency basis (you do not pay unless you win), an hourly basis, a combination, or another arrangement that all parties find mutually acceptable.

If we decide not take your case, we will refer you to another lawyer, free of charge.

 

After you hire us:
